Chilled Food Warehouse and Distribution Centres - UK Wide
Wakemans were retained by 3663 nationwide food distributors on a series of projects across the UK. The projects ranged in complexity from completely new developments to the extension and refit of existing warehouses.

Ty Siamas - National Centre for Welsh Folk Music
Wakemans were employed on this project by Cwmni Siamas Cyf as Quantity Surveyors and Wakeman Harris were employed as CDM Co-ordinators. This project involved the extensive refurbishment of a badly deteriorated community building dating from 1870 to become Ty Siamas the National Centre for Welsh Folk Music.

Allsebrook & Hadley provided quantity surveying services for the construction of a new Multimedia training and community centre for the Afro Caribbean community in Winson Green, Birmingham.

Loxdale Primary School, Bilston
Wakemans acted as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Planning Supervisor on this project to extend existing school buildings. The new 78m2 single storey extension is linked to the existing school and care was taken to match the existing structure.
