Wakemans were employed as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers on a range of projects for The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. Including: Relocation of Eye Infirmary, Modular Twin Ophthalmic operating Theatre facility, Alterations to the 3rd floor Maternity Unit.

The £2.65m development comprises of two office blocks, one 10,270ft2 two storey building and one 15,405ft2 three storey building in total providing 25 individual office suites.

Wakemans were employed by developers Castlemore Securities on this £3.9m retail park scheme located in Manchester. The 35,000 ft2 development consisted of 4 retail units, which have been let to DFS, Sleepmaster and KFC.

Travelodge Hotels - UK Wide
Wakemans have been working for many years with Travelodge Hotels, as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Employer’s Agents, Tenant’s Agents and CDM Co-ordinators. Wakemans are currently engaged on an ongoing programme of new build, refurbishment, extension and conversion schemes in the UK and Spain.

National Trust Headquarters, Swindon
Wakemans were retained by Kier Ventures on this project as Employer’s Agent and Planning Supervisor.
This £13m two storey 71,268ft2 mixed use development was commissioned by the National Trust in order to amalgamate 3 main offices to form a new headquarters.
