UK Supreme Court, Westminster
Kier Property retained Wakemans as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors to work on this £35m project to refurbish Middlesex Guildhall located in Westminster Square. The grade II listed building accommodates the Ministry of Justice and the UK Supreme Court.

Centre for Rural Life, Bala
Wakemans acted as Quantity Surveyor on the £1.8m centre on behalf of the enterprise development agency, Antur Penllyn. The completed centre highlights the rural way of life and its community with a series of exhibitions and demonstrations of local rural crafts.

New Deaf Cultural Centre, Birmingham
Allsebrook & Hadley provided Quantity Surveying services for the recently completed Deaf Cultural Centre, located in Birmingham.
The £3.6m project provides a centre for the provision of services to the deaf, including training, support, welfare and leisure activities for the deaf community, both locally and on a national basis.
