News - Wakemans Expands Bristol Team

The Bristol office of national property and construction consultancy Wakemans has added to its professional team with the appointment of a new quantity surveyor to assist with its expanding workload.
David Reeves will be working on a range of commercial projects in and around the South West including the £100 million mixed-use regeneration project at Langford Mead, Taunton for St Modwen. 
David initially trained in the Law but gained a post graduate diploma in surveying from the College of Estate Management in Reading to follow a long held ambition to pursue a career in property and construction.
Associate director Tony Hooper says: “David is a welcome addition to our growing team.   We are seeing many more developments moving forward now that some cautious optimism is returning to the market and an increase in new enquiries for our services as a consequence.” More News
