Building Surveyor Appointment at Wakemans
National property and construction consultancy Wakemans has appointed a new Building Surveyor to strengthen its service offering in this growing sector. Adrian Cartwright is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with 20 years experience in the construction industry across a wide range of sectors. He has particular expertise in party wall services, dilapidations and as an expert witness and will be leading the expansion of these services for Wakemans.
Managing director John Woodhall says: “Adrian is a welcome addition to our team, his experience will be invaluable as we are experiencing greater demand for our dispute resolution services as the recession continues and companies take on more litigation in order to recoup costs.
