Seinde commenced employment at Wakemans in 1989 and was promoted to Director in 2008. Seinde has worked on all stages of the construction process from a Quantity Surveying and Project Management perspective including cost planning, feasibility studies, use and applications of alternative forms of building contracts, preparation of tender documents and drafting of contracts. Wide experience in computer estimating and feasibility studies.
Overall responsibilities on each of the projects included estimating and feasibility studies; providing procurement, cost and contractual advise; preparing tender documentation and reporting on tender; preparing contract documents and post contract duties.
