33 years experience in the Construction Industry, of which 15 years has been devoted to Project Management. A foundation of Contractor based experience has provided a detailed understanding of all practical and programming issues enabling Clients objectives to be understood and delivered.
Project Management experience on projects ranging in value from £500k to £40m.
Strong background in site based management and organisation which has been developed on a wide range of commercial, industrial and engineering projects.
With particular success delivering difficult projects: e.g. A Southampton based project in which deadlines had to be and were met. Our Client had signed up to a deal with a major motor manufacturer to procure a facility which had to be operational by a due date. Damages of £1m per day would accrue for the late handover. The Project was delivered on time, to the required quality and agreed cost.
