Joined Wakemans in 1987.
Experience in acting as Employer's Agent, Tenant's Agent, estimating, preparation of tender and contract documentation, interim valuations, cost control during the whole build process from inception to completion. Acting on Clients behalf in the co-ordination of: planning applications, building control, Conservation Officers requirements, highway works, asbestos removal and Fire Officer matters, agreement of final accounts and contractual and insurance claims.
Projects across varied market sectors including - distribution facilities, office development and refurbishment, schools and housing. Currently concentrating on hotel and leisure sector projects acting as Employer's Agent and Tenant's Agent organising fixture, furniture and equipment procurement for hotel operation.
