Extensive experience of working with Funding Institutions and Developers in Executive and 'Watching Brief' roles to ensure project delivery.

Overall responsibility in the Wakemans Group for all aspects of the business including Business Planning Strategy, Financial, Marketing/Sales, Technical, Personnel and the operation of its Regional Offices and Divisions.
The professional discipline of Quantity Surveying, coupled with extensive Project Management training and experience, his career provides a sound and pragmatic approach to Construction Consultancy.
