Dylan Morris

Dylan Commenced employment with Wakemans October 2001, based at Wakemans group office in Caernarfon. Following promotion Dylan now manages the running of the Caernarfon office and regional projects undertaken for both public sector and commercial clients.
Dylan broad experience has been gained working in various areas within the construction industry, this includes: on-site work with a building contractor, checking and approving plans, site inspections with Local Authority building control and working as a building surveyor and CDM Coordinator.  This overall grounding has been used to address problems encountered on site instantly and to overcome challenges and problems where information has not been readily available.
Dylan has successfully completed Health & Safety and CDMC training and oversees these services on regional contracts undertaken by the Caernarfon office.
