Adrian has over 30 years experience in the construction industry commencing as a quantity surveyor carrying out primarily post contract duties and then being at the forefront of developing the project and construction management functions within the business. The predominance of the project and construction management being in the commercial sector of the market.
Involved in the project management of a variety of schemes ranging from £3.5m to £50m, more recently having concentrated on retail schemes where the remediation of sites, multiplicity of incoming tenants and liaison with funding bodies test management skills to the limit.
Responsible for the marketing strategy of the business, coordinating the public relations aspects and targeting business development. Also responsible for quality assurance and training.
