Andrew Pennell

Andrew has practical experience in the building and civil engineering industry – structural and civil engineering design, as well as co-ordinating Health and Safety issues on site.  Significant experience in the management of health and safety on construction sites as health and safety manager for a main contractor.
Sound knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Management systems; (procedures, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and other related issues) reviewing/auditing existing systems to assess effectiveness, accident investigation, training that covers various health and safety topics.
Andrews main area of work is in relation to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, working previously as a Planning Supervisor and now a CDM Coordinator. The background understanding of design aids greatly with providing sound advice for design elements and designers.
