Andrew Hancock
Associate Director - BSc(Hons), MRICS
Commenced employment with Wakemans in 1993 and appointed Associate Director in 2006.
Wide experience in pre-contract procedures including procurement advice, estimating and cost planning, preparation of tender packages and contract documentation.
Post contract experience includes financial control and reporting during construction, preparing recommendations for interim payments, measuring and valuing work, preparation of final accounts and assessing validity and value of contractual claims.
Andrew has gained considerable experience acting as project manager and employer’s agent in client liaison, contract administration, information management and reviewing design proposals to ensure they comply with the employer/tenants’ requirements.
