Quantity Surveyor – Caernarfon Office - We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a wide range of experience in all aspects of quantity surveying from feasibility through to final accounts.  You will be required to take responsibility for the cost management of projects.  Good IT skills are essential as are good communication skills and you should be confident in producing written work and enjoy meeting people and providing advice to individuals at all levels in organisations. Effective presentation and negotiating skills are necessary and you must be able to work to tight deadlines.
Based in Caernarfon you will work on a variety of commercial projects throughout the UK. The chance for career progression is excellent.  Flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment are important and you will preferably already be chartered. The salary will be commensurate with the post and supported by a comprehensive benefits package.
It would be useful if the candidate was also welsh speaking.  Ideally we are looking for someone who would be able to manage the Caernarfon office.  We have 3 Building Surveyors (1 senior) and a senior secretary currently based in that office.
