Wakemans has been commissioned by Cymdeithas Tai Eryri, a charitable housing association, to work as Project Managers and BREEAM assessor and advisor on the development of a new office and workshop complex designed to provide small serviced offices to the local community of the Lleyn Peninsula in North Wales. |

Wakemans acted as Quantity Surveyor on the £1.8m centre on behalf of the enterprise development agency, Antur Penllyn. The completed centre highlights the rural way of life and its community with a series of exhibitions and demonstrations of local rural crafts. |
